We live on a homestead and are very conscious about our food and diet at home.
We bring our believes into our kitchen at De Food Truck and make sure we only use good, safe, traceable ingredients in order to provide a wholesome meal that has been carefully prepared with love.
We cut our own potatoes and double cook our fries because we don't like to compromise.

We try and buy everything we sell local to insure quality and to help support local businesses.
All our meat and fish is high quality and comes from Honor Family Market in Honor MI.
All fish we buy is sustainably wild caught and we try and make sure our meats are as local as possible.
We care about what we cook, we care about our wonderful community and are very grateful for their support!

Our kitchen is 101% Gluten Free.
We fry in Canola oil to avoid SOY.
We have a fryer dedicated for our fries and falafel in order to make sure vegans can eat guilt free too.
